Damaged my vehicle during a recall and Service Manager was supposed to call me to get it fixed but nothing yet. As someone who worked in Customer Service for over 30 years this is unacceptable and disrespectful.

I recently purchased a Bronco from Cambrian Ford. Billy Young gave me great customer service. Taking the time to help me build the Bronco even though I was only kicking tries. His exceptional customer service brought me back into the dealership, and the Bronco was ordered! It came in on time and I am enjoying my fun, sporty Bronco! Billy is professional, knowledgeable and he will take the time needed to answer your questions from start to finish. I would recommend if you are heading into Cambrian Ford ask for Billy Young!

Five Stars for Amanda! My 2018 vehicle with 49,000. Did a software update on its own which did not work out, service department redid the software update for $150.00?? Amanda sorted it all out, sent Mark (true gentleman) to pick me up and all good. Amanda represents the dealership very well!!
