Went in for an oil change my car is a 2011 so yes its up there in age but low mileage its in excellent condition as I keep it up.they saw a little oil on car tried telling me I have an oil leak and refused to do oil change.now I drove this car to toronto twice which is 400 km 1 wayfrom last oil change.so total I drove 5000 km from last oil change. My oil was down less than a quarter quart.where the hell they think I have a severe oil leak.my business with Cambrian Ford is no more

Update - Ryan from sales reached out 2 weeks ago to clarify and fix some of my issues. As stated in original review, staff (Ryan & Ray) were great, and I was offered a free oil change and detailing for both vehicles. Still nothing regarding my other vehicle which is disappointing, but I guess that's for me to deal with. Quick to respond to review, and Ryan was apologetic and professional, while doing his best to smooth over a situation that for most of it, waz out of his hands and not by his doing. Good job Ryan and Ray. Original - A lot has changed over the years. Recently purchased 2 used vehicles and traded in 1. Helpful staff, friendly staff, fair prices, however, the price offered on trade in dropped by 1000 after 1 week, basically claiming my spouse misunderstood, then trade in is up for sale for double the price (I understand that's how business works, but shady). Was told the vehicles would be serviced and cleaned, and that was barely done if at all. No fluids topped up, lots of dirt still in vehicle, paint on the visor not even remotely close to being removed, stains on the trim around doors. I brought my other vehicle there to be looked at, was told there'd be no charge, was charged 170 dollars to tell me exactly what I already knew. Went in for a sync update, no update done. Very disappointed in the quality of services rendered. Still better than most dealerships in town, but have fallen greatly. Will think twice when I need to get a new vehicle.

Just purchased a new f-150 from Cambrian. All thanks to Billy Young and John Armstrong for making it happen. Billy worked hard to find me the EXACT truck I wanted (I was very picky) and John was able to get me into it with the finance plan I wanted. Would highly recommend seeing Billy!

I had an experience with a Chris Simpson from Cambrian Ford at my own store. He was very rude, he tried to fight and argue over being charged 30 dollars for a more expensive chair. He was unreasonable and tried to throw me under the bus by telling my boss that i told him he didnt have to pay, witch was a complete falsehood. When I told him I didn't appreciate him lieing to my company. He then proceeded to call my boss to have me fired. Remember, this is all because he did not want to pay for a more expensive chair. He filed a police report against me to say I called him a cheapskate the police thought it was funny. How far does a loser go to save 30 dollars. I would also add that he sent his friend to my store to threaten me Jamie Kozera. Sorry Chris Simpson, I don't work there anymore. You can't get me fired. Please be more honest in life. It works much better. You are the exact reason people don't trust car sales people. Your arrogance is second to none.
