bad experience

last time I do maintenance in your deal shop, It took me over 4 and half hours to complete it, I arrived about 10am , and almost 3:20pm it was not done, and it is only regular work on it, and when I ask help to the desk that I had to pick up kids , nobody help me and only told me the service car was not ready... It was really frustrated for me, that it the worst experience I was in your dealer shop. so bad bad bad Dale
