Dilawri Jeep Dodge Chrysler review Disclaimer - Includes delivery, destination and fees My wife and I previously owned a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and were in the market to purchase a new vehicle. On checking the internet we noticed Dilawri Jeep Dodge Chrysler was advertising a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitiude with a manufactures rebate along with a Dilawri discount. Under the asking price there as a disclaimer “Includes delivery, destination, and fees – plus applicable taxes and licensing. We had shopped around and believed it was a great price. We called the dealer to set up an appointment so we could view the vehicle. The appointment was set up 3 days prior. When we arrived the vehicle was still in their outdoor compound which was approximately a five minute drive away. They proceeded to show us a 2023 Limited – this vehicle had to be boosted so it could be taken for a drive. We were not interested in this vehicle at all so it was really a waste of time to take it for a drive. They then showed us a second vehicle which was in their indoor compound (2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee – White). This vehicle would not start as well. We advised them that we were not interested in purchasing this vehicle as well. We were finally able to view the vehicle that we had enquired about. Again this vehicle would not start. We understand that it was extremely cold and when a vehicle sits for a long period of time it may need a boost, but the vehicle we had enquired about should have been prepared and at the dealership upon our arrival for our scheduled appointment. Being familiar with Jeeps we were still interested in purchasing this vehicle along with our trade-in . We sat down with the salesperson “Jonathon” and started the negotiations. The sales manager made an offer accepting our trade-in with a cash difference, plus delivery, destination charges plus service fees, plus taxes and licensing fees. Jonathon presented this. We called him out on all the fees and showed him the disclaimer that was on their website and said they were falsely advertising and bordering on fraud. Jonathon summoned the sales manager at this point. Most of the fees were dropped. He said he would give us an additional $1000(fee) on our trade-in. His explanation was we didn’t really pay for the PDI fee ($999) because of the additional trade-in. Long story short we purchased the vehicle because the reputation and the quality of our previous Jeep. We arranged for pick-up 3 – 4 days later. When showing my wife her new vehicle she noticed there was no rubber mats and asked if she could take the front matts from her trade-in vehicle, but was told no. Her previous jeep came with full matts. When a customer is spending $60000 for a vehicle common sense should prevail over little things.

Extended warranty well worth the price! Needed costly repair on axles. People’s choice warranty coverage payed most of the expenses. Received excellent service and our jeep is good to go. We recently purchased a vehicle “as is” from this location. Our salesman Dante, was phenomenal. Went above and beyond to find info (like the service records) for us and answer my thousand questions, all with a giant smile and never making me feel like he wasn’t loving his job. The sales manager George was friendly, fair, and very accommodating to all our requests. They let me take it to our own mechanic to verify the condition. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend anyone to deal with this team at Dilawri Chrysler on Hunt Club to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Dante!
