i am frustrated to call to service department i don't know why they don't pickup calls i drop my drango and i email as well regarding this issue and now they don't answering my calls at all totally disappointing.

Someone from this dealership called Uber from using my son’s account to pick up a customer. Not sure how they were able to obtain this info. Called Dilawri to get it resolved and was hung up on twice, left voicemails and no return call from their service dept. I wasn’t even angry just wanted info on why this happened. I’ve never dealt with their dealership and sure as heck won’t now. Seems like a shady bunch of characters. Once I read Reddit reviews of dealing with them it confirmed they might be one of the WORST companies in the city. Uber ultimately refunded part of the charge.

If I could give minus stars, I would I brought my truck truck for a chug, and they did a bunch of stuff got it back and no change brought it back they took it in did some more work get it back and no change not happy that mean all the things they did cost me $2000 and for what I feel I've been ripped off. Take your vehicle somewhere else

The team at DILAWRI Jeep were phenomenal to work with! My wife and I were in the market for a new family SUV; and, after exploring other brands, we last minute dropped into Dilawri Jeep and immediately loved one of their on the lot vehicles. After meeting with George, he walked us through many options, gave us a great trade-in price, and worked with us to make a great deal. I’d highly recommend them and look forward to coming back!
