**Terrible Experience at Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram** I recently had a very disappointing experience at Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram while trying to purchase a car. From the start, the sales team, particularly the sales manager Dante and lead sales manager George, misled me throughout the entire process. Promises were made but never kept, and I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of amateurs. After not reaching a deal, I sent a message via email to express my concerns and, incredibly, I received no response. It’s clear that customer service and basic courtesy are not part of their business model. This dealership lacks ethics and any sense of professionalism, and I absolutely cannot recommend any of the Dilawri dealerships based on my experience. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for your car needs!

Bought 2023 promaster from this place , they were great at communication first before buying , all they had to do to fill up the tank as promised and fix back door latch , failed to do so for both , asked me to visit them 3 times without fixing it and all of sudden no one respond or answer the phone , even tried their customer service first before writing review , they answer you but there's no result , from a to z they're scammers stay away from this dealership if you value your time and money , first and last time dealing with these ppl
