I think there was a rough transition period from the one sale guy leaving. Then, all new staff only a few weeks after buying my car. The car I bought had a few problems, the guy who sold it to me insured me everything would be fixed. He ordered only one part when I needed several missing parts that needed to be replaced, and he quit. I had to call in a month later, wondering if the parts were in, and to get the cars parts replaced. They fixed the one part they ordered a month earlier and I had to tell them about more broken parts in the car that they seemed to not care about the first time they ordered parts. They wouldn't buy a missing grille. These things should have been ordered all at once and replaced. Instead they look over missing parts and will not care about it. When you buy a used car make sure you find everything that's wrong with it before you buy it. Then have them sign a written agreement to fix those parts or replace missing parts. Or have your mechanic look at it and tell you the parts it's missing and would need before you buy it. Cheers guys, Dont rush

Hi Adison, Let me start by apologizing as I do understand there was a delay in communication as a result of one of our sales specialists leaving. We are however very disappointed to see this review addressed other problems that we went above and beyond to rectify. Allow me to better explain the situation in hopes to shed some light on what transpired. You had three complaints, a missing front grill, cover under the bumper (belly pan) and heated seats not working. We sympathized with this trying to explain that they are not covered under a safety and the vehicle was greatly discounted based on these things. This is a discount you received and why the vehicle was priced the way it was. We however fixed and replaced the heated seats and belly pan as a courtesy but explained the grill would be an additional cost to you. We reached out by email to try and understand if there was something else we were missing as we had addressed all your concerns and never received a reply. We appreciate your business, and hope to continue our relationship.

Buying your first car in Canada can be an overwhelming experience and I must say that the staff at That Car Place made it extremely easy and relaxing . I was being assisted by Ali and Monty and they both were equally knowledgeable and efficient and always kept me updated throughout the process. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitude. I would highly recommend That Car Place for one's car needs. They also have a great inventory.

Sales were informative and helpful in selecting the auto we bought and the finance dept. explained all the options available to us. Car was ready for us to pick up on time. Would recommend them any time
