Went in to get my winter tires put on the car (they were already on rims). The staff were lovely and the job was well done. The only drawback, as it often is at Probart, is that they take too many cars at one time and thus despite having an appointment my car often sits there for a long time before being serviced. A simple tire change shouldn't take upwards of one hour.

Jesse was great! I love my new CX3 and he did everything he could to ensure I got just what I wanted :) The financial team seemed a bit disorganized. But still 5 star service!

There is a recall on my vehicle but they were waiting for parts. I thought they should have told me the status when I had my maintenance appointment. Are the parts in yet?

Service provided was a minor maintenance package, a warranty recall for the hatch lift gate, and reprogramming the computer for an alternator/electric issue on a 2013 Mazda 3. I only paid for the minor maintenance as Mazda covers the warranty issue and any computer reprogramming (for first 8 years).

After working all day, talking on the phone to make appointments is the last thing I want to do. Probart Service Desk emailed me my service reminder, everything I needed was conveyed via email, and appointment was booked! Service is always pleasant and fast. And I definitely appreciate the free Keurig in the waiting room.
