As stated above, I attended for my vehicle's eight month check-up, etc. As per my first visit earlier this year, I was asked if I wanted my car washed - I love that this service is offered each time I come in and that there is no charge. I asked the Service Advisor for his opinion regarding snow tires (two or four) - he explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions and provided me with a quote for purchase and installation, etc.. He was very courteous and respectful at all times - overall an enjoyable experience!

My experience with the staff is not my compliant. I have asked in person the last 2 times and over the phone to please take a look at my headlights. They always say nothing is wrong. I need to drive with my hi beams on all the time at night.. I don't live in London so I am driving on rural roads and the 401. it is very hard to see very far. When i have my hi beams on nobody blinks back to say i have them on so to me the hi beams must be not be very strong. I feel when I drive in the night with low beams it is a safety concern for others and myself. We have other cars and we don't have this problem. Our other cars shine double the distance in front of the vehicle.when the low beams are on. the problem is just in our Mazda. Please advise what you can do to correct this problem. I only had an oil change done, there were no other issues identified yet I had to wait 10 minutes to settle my bill as this is now done by the service advisor. Both advisors were quite busy checking customers in. I don’t mind waiting when people are busy yet there was someone sitting at the former cashier desk who seemed more interested in lunch than customer service, even though I was waiting in front of him (on crutches)! The advisors are often too busy to do both jobs, bring back the cashier!
