After over 30 years of driving Fords, I purchased my first Mazda last year and I couldn't be happier with my vehicle. The sales and service team are friendly and the service they provide is exceptional. I look forward to another 30 years of driving Mazda.

I made an appointment for 11:00 am for an oil change. I brought my car in approx. 15 min early and was advised that they were a "bit behind schedule" and that it would be 1hr-1hr30. At 2:30 I was told that my car needed an alignment (2hr45min after I brought it in). I wasn't out of there until 3:10-3:15ish. Needless to say, I will be going to a different Mazda service next next time.

Oil change and replace existing summer wheels with winter wheels. No tire change required. I should have been out of there in an hour or less.

Prepare car for winter layup and replace defective window switch. Service was prompt and courteous. Excellent service, as always. I will return.

Requested numerous times over two weeks the amount of the refund for the cancellation of extended warranty of my CX5 GT. Each time I talked to Brad M or Lance was told "next day". A lot of detail is never put in writing and when questioned about I get the "we never said or agreed to that". In addition, didn't think was fair to other potential customers my previous GT which has a braking issue which no one could resolve in the 3 months I owned it and the reason I bought a lower feature vehicle. Also didn't appreciate paying more for my 2nd CX5 GS than I paid for my spouses GS. Overall 3 months of bad expetiences with Probart.

I had my snow tires put on which Mazda stores for me. The technician who helped me was exceptional. I was made to feel that even though I was just changing my summer tires to my winter tires that I was a very appreciated customer. This was refreshing as the world we live in today doesn’t always show respect.
