Went in for an all-seasons/winter tire swap appointment, and for a broken Aux jack on the media console. Tire swap went well enough; was told to "try a different cable" for the jack issue. Different cable had already been tried, current cable has been tested under different circumstances as well: No problem with either. It's the jack that's broken. Super minor issue, but one that remains unresolved.

Service Appointment delay

I had a scheduled appointment for 3:15PM- left my car the night before... arrived at the dealership only to find at 4:00PM the car work had not started and in fact, didn't until 4:45 left dealership at almost 6:00. Only saving grace was the service adviser (Joan) and the attending mechanic who I respect.
