Honda Langley is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Byron Lavery was my sales rep and he could not have made the experience any better. Honest, to the point and very easy going. Love my new car! Thanks Byron! Will always come back to this dealership! Service Update I was shocked at how dysfunctional the service department was. Im not sure what was going on there. Understaffed? Over booked? No idea, but after calling me to come pick my car up I had to sit there for 45 minutes before getting my paper work and paying. That is absolutely ridiculous. The two women working there werent very friendly either. They were stressed out to the max and not even acknowledging the people in the growing line up. Unless there is a recall on my car or I have literally NO other choice, I will absolutely not return to the service department. When I was there another lady was waiting as well, equally unimpressed and mentioned that she never goes there unless she HAS to. This service department review has nothing to do with the sales service I received when buying my car. I still stand by my original review where Byron was awesome. If you're in the market for a Honda, I recommend purchasing from the Langley dealership (ask for Byron), but I do not recommend taking your vehicle there for service. 5 stars for Sales 1 star for Service

Jonker honda is always so friendly. They never make me feel like burden with my questions. And always interact with my kids. Super nice staff. And they never push me to have services done. Always give me the best options and never try to up-sell me anything. Thank you jonker honda for always being the best.
