THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN OTTAWA. The car I bought had issues since day 1. I went back literally the next day and after doing a small wheel balancing they’re saying they can’t do anything to fix my car. The car shakes so bad on the highway that it’s so distracting and makes me feel so unsafe driving it. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL CON YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I would’ve given them -5 stars if I could.

I had ZERO experience with buying a car, had never owned one! I shopped around online and this dealership had the best car collection, that drew me here. The Hyundai Veloster caught my eye - very well maintained and low kms. Ayache was in touch with me from the beginning and made my experience smooth and was very patient with me. Sully, the finance manager, also helped me get me car financed and made sure all my documents are intact. Overall, a very good experience and a staff that really looks out for you. Kudos!

Bought a used car here. Time will tell if best choice and if service follow ups satisfactory. But can say Zak, the salesman, was helpful throughout the whole process. Only second time buying at dealership and cannot think of more he could have done. So thanks again Zak.

Buying a new car these days is a hassle but if you're thinking of one that's already on the lot then this place will get it done for you quickly. Traded in my old Mazda and picked up a new one in the span of two weeks. Everything they promise is accounted for and the sales staff knows what they're doing. Been with this dealership for over 5 years now and don't think I'd ever go elsewhere.
