Bought a used car at the dealership and my salesman Eddy did a great job. He was super honest and knowledgeable about all the cars I asked questions about. He was very patient and made the stressful task of buying a car, not so stressful. Glad he was there to help me out.

I walked into Mazda on bank street on a whim yo see what corolla stock that had. Previously I was next door at the kia and the car there was very damaged which was an obvious no sale. As soon as I walked in Eddy helped me out right from the get go. He pulled me aside and asked how he could help me today. I asked about a car i was interested in and he immediately helped me find exactly what I wanted. He helped me out find the right person to discuss financing and then offered to help me with Winter tires! Now I'm a proud owner of a 2016 Corolla. Thank you Eddy and all the staff at Bank street Mazda that helped me out with my first finance on a great car! you guys are awesome!

This dealership is a scam. Signed to finance a Mazda CX-5 and i have a very good credit score. Sully, the finance manager (who upsells on worthless things) is a sleezeball. Sully is a young kid just graduated from school who is an absolute fraudster. Not to mention unprofessional. At the beginning, he'l say we'll try to get you the Mazda rate! What do you mean try. Then the next day he calls and says our banks can only offer you 5% which is 35% more than the original interest rate. All for his kickbacks, commission and greed. Of course i said i dont want it and he must be so used to it he said no issue we will give you a check. When i went to pickup the check they had more than 50 such checks (all of whom mustve been quoted absurd rates). No wonder they have cars in stock when all other dealerships are on an ordering basis. They will constantly wait for a poor sap who will unknowingly take the higher interest thinking his credit is bad whilst ruining other customers credit score with hard checks. Later, Saad (Sales manager) and Sully both stopped picking up or returning my calls. Disgusting. Stay away!

I recently purchased a used non Mazda vehicle from Bank St Mazda. The sales experience was good and I thought it was a good deal. No high pressure sales tactics which was nice. My experience with the after sales service was, however, outstanding. You would have thought I just purchased a fleet of new cars from them. The service manager John was awesome and took care of the issues as quickly as humanly possible and gives new meaning to customer service. I would recommend them 100%.

I sold my car to this Madza dealer, I dealt with Mr. Moe. He was very professional, patient and respectful. He went above and beyond during the process. He made a special arrangement for me to bring my car : he came in to take possession of the car although there was a power outage and the office was closed (May 25th,2022) and gave me my cheque. The process was very smooth and easy. I highly recommend this dealer (ask for Mr. Moe) should you have to buy or sell your car.

Recently purchased a 2020 CX-30. Our sales person Eddy Barda was excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful and overall great to work with. This is my first experience with a Mazda and the Bank Street dealership but I have to day I was overall happy with the experience and the vehicle.
