Very unprofessional service, after putting up my car for sale a sales man by the name Hadi literally wasted my time convinced me to come in to the dealership and that their prices are unbeatable.... well I go to the dealership Hadi takes pictures of the car, tells me he will call me in an hour with an apraisle... and totally goes GHOST what a waste of time. Very unprofessional of him !

These guys put my tires on backwards and put me and my sons safety in jeopardy. Tires also wore out faster since they were on wrong. Horrible booking agent in service when I tried to get it fixed and horrible service manager (John Dustan). I e-mailed the General Manager (Kirk Cameron), he didn’t answer my email about it for two weeks, when I finally got him on the phone, he put me on hold indefinitely only to email me later and tell me that the only thing he can do is put them on right. Didn’t even make the time to talk with me. He refused to provide me with his supervisors email and phone number. After this is sorted, I’m never buying anything from these guys again! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The 3 start is actually an average: 5 for Zak Erwa and 1 for the finance manager (forgot his name). Went to test drive a Mazda 3 and really liked the vehicle. Was almost going to buy it but the finance guy ruined the experience. But before that, thanks Zak (if you are reading htis) for making my experience great. Liked our conversations. Now off to the finance manager: I told him that Honda ws giving me a good interest rate and I am expecting the same to close the deal. We had some back and forth but there is something he mentioned which flagged me: when I told him that I have a great credit score and a great credit history and that should get me a good interest rate, he tells me that credit score does not matter. Now either this finance guy is lieing or every other finance guy I dealt with earlier lied to me. When I insisted that I want a good rate and how come Honda can offer but they cant and he tells me that Mazda makes better vehicles, so they do not have to have any special arrangments with financial institutions, becuase their vehicles just sell. And then I denied to buy extended warranty, he ridiculously asked me "why I wound not buy it". I answered that if your vehicle is so good, then why I would need an extended warranty for it, specially considering low milegae on the car. Anyways, that's when I understood who I was dealing with and left and guess what, bought a civic from their next door the very same day.
