Ridiculous. Took advantage of a college as she’s a young girl. Part was 1/4th of the price of the end bill. Under 2 hours of service. DO NOT SPEND A DIME

Our service team treats every customer with the utmost respect and professionalism and do not take advantage of anyone. The time it takes to perform certain tasks are set by Chrysler. Any work would have been quoted and agreed to before being completed.

I bought my car back in September not even 6 months ago. Sasha our sales guy is amazing and I would recommend him if you need a new vehicle. However, if you need any sort of service done to your car I would recommend that you go quite literally anywhere else. This place is so overpriced it’s ridiculous. I had to get something minor replaced for my car and I did not expect it to cost as much as it did. I truly regret not buying the part myself and taking it elsewhere. Save your money and go somewhere else that won’t milk you out of your money!!! Seriously!!!

I am sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience with our service team. I have spoken with our service manager to find out what happened. It is unfortunate that the global supply chain issues are affecting everyone the way that they are. You are correct in that the part you needed was more expensive than it usually is. The OEM part is backordered as you were made aware, so the only alternative that we had was to use an aftermarket part that was unfortunately more expensive. As with all of our service customers, we communicated the situation and pricing before any work was completed and you were asked if we should proceed. We sincerely apologize that it was more than you expected, we understand how frustrating that is as we are currently dealing with it a lot due to manufacturing and supply issues.
