My Dad received great service from this location, they made it possible for him to make a weekend appt (because he works during the week). Service was excellent, they were patient and polite to him, didn’t pressure him into anything. Fixed all the issues he was having with his truck. He came to me with nothing but great things to say about his experience.

Brodie from sales made it so simple and easy for me to get the truck of my dreams. Seamless experience, honest, and fair. He took detailed photos and videos of the truck and was a pleasure to deal with. Shout out to Shawn and Taylor in finance as well! Both were great, fast communication, and found me the best interest rate 🙂

South Trail Chrysler always takes care of me well. Engine light came on a day before I was driving to Vancouver. Got my in quick, diagnosed the problem and corrected a loose cooling fan wire. They also didn’t charge me an additional labour charges over and above the original diagnostic charge.
