Happy with the customer service Complementary Car wash not done they mentioned machine was broken and to come back next week.

We are sorry our car wash was down when you were here Romanito. Unfortunately, when temperatures drop below a certain point we are unable to use the car wash for obvious reasons. Hopefully you were able to come back when the weather warmed up and get your car wash.

Terrible terrible experience in this dealership I almost can’t believe it. My wife and I went yesterday to check a vehicle. We talked to sales rep. Lee and told us that there is someone who is negotiating for that vehicle right now, we waited for about an hour and got told that they got the vehicle, so we went home, about 15mins. later on our way home Lee call us back and told us that the other client negotiation didn’t go through so we went back. So Lee told us that before we can give an offer we need to deposit $2000 because they are serious business, in my mind that’s odd but because we’re serious client we deposit that money. We finalized the negotiation come up with the numbers and got told that we need to deposit another $3000 so we did. We went to finance gave every information they need and they told us they gonna give us a call early in the morning and they sent us home afterwards which is again odd. Today it’s already 2pm and there’s still no calls so we call them what time can we pick up the vehicle and they told us that they just returned our deposit because the first client that came before us yesterday came back and they gave the vehicle to that client. My mind is blown this is not acceptable. There’s so much red flags but I’m too naive. One more thing someone mentioned in the reviews that they’ve been asked to deposit $1000 before they can negotiate and the management replied to that review and told that they did that to secure that vehicle to that client. So what happened with me is they secured that one vehicle to me and to the other client as well? What is wrong with this people.

What a terrible and disappointing experience me and my husband had been through on this dealership. I am very much excited to pick up the car today after the deals we had with them yesterday. We agreed on the numbers and gave them the $5000 deposit and we went to the finance manager, we gave them our information that they needed and they told us that they are going to call us early this morning and they send us home. I'm just wondering its already past 2pm today but i didn't heard anything from them so i called them to follow up only to find out that they returned our deposit on our card. I asked why would they do that? The only thing that comes to our mind is that the bank didn't approved us but that is far from reality because we have a good credit history and almost excellent credit score, they told us that the reason is they gave it to the first client whom they dealt with after telling us that it didn't go through thats why they contacted us to have negotiation and end up to close the deal. We are very upset for what they did after telling us that they are doing serious business, what do they think of us not a serious client seriously after closing the deal with us depositing money and giving all the information to the finance manager thats all you can say. Its so ridiculous and i would not recommend this dealership to others. Seriously they are closing two deals at the same time with the same car. I don't think that's acceptable.

We are sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience with us. I would like to explain the situation as there was an obvious lack of communication on our part and we apologize. When someone is interested in a vehicle and would like to move forward in the process we take a deposit to hold that vehicle. In this situation someone had left a deposit on the vehicle and was taking some time with the decision. When you were also interested we took a deposit to hold the vehicle if the first customer did not move forward, as they had first right of refusal. Again, this was not communicated to you properly and we take responsibility for that. In no way did we mean to deceive or mislead you. In the event the first customer had decided to withdraw their intent to buy, you would have already secured the vehicle and we would move forward. We then proceeded to ask the first customer to make a decision as we had other customers in line for that vehicle. When they decided to move forward you were refunded the deposit in full. After my truck stopping on the side of deerfoot and having no luck getting anyone else to help get the truck sorted and getting stupid quotes, I called South Trail and Ryan rang me back, from the get go Ryan couldn't have been more helpful and got me a reasonable quote for the work within a few days, but decided that a truck was no longer needed and again Ryan was quick off the mark and within a few days I had the keys to an SUV! I can't thank Ryan enough for the help he gave me when no one would, anyone going to South Trail should definitely get Ryan's help!
