Brodie from sales made it so simple and easy for me to get the truck of my dreams. Seamless experience, honest, and fair. He took detailed photos and videos of the truck and was a pleasure to deal with. Shout out to Shawn and Taylor in finance as well! Both were great, fast communication, and found me the best interest rate 🙂

South Trail Chrysler always takes care of me well. Engine light came on a day before I was driving to Vancouver. Got my in quick, diagnosed the problem and corrected a loose cooling fan wire. They also didn’t charge me an additional labour charges over and above the original diagnostic charge.

ABOVE & BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS This review is a long time coming from late 2021. I don't want to get into specific details because this post would be the length of a novel. But what I can tell you is that the whole service department absolutely blew my mind with their unbelievably high level of customer service, crazy attention to the small details, transparent communication and quality of workmanship from the whole team.
