Very good experience. Conner listened to everything I wanted and did not try to force something else on me. He was quick to send info and respond to all questions. He was involved right up until the vehicle was turned over to me and I drove it off the lot. He did a great job of working with his team to get me a price that was fair and that I was comfortable with. This is my second vehicle purchase with SouthTrail Chrysler. I will definitely be recommending and will go back again.

Not much to say other than the repair was completed on warranty, and I am totally satisfied. The communication module for the key remotes is the suspected culprit for not being able to do a remote start, and unable to lock or unlock the doors with either key.

The only thing I would recommend, is to inform customers to get their lug nuts re torqued 100 km after any work is done where their wheels are taken off such as rotations, breaks etc. This is extremely important for safety reasons. I work in roadside assistance and train tow operators. In my 9 years of experience I have seen many incidents were people have had wheels come off while they are driving, sometimes causing serious damage. These incidents were the result of people not getting a re torque done after having tires swapped or wheels removed for other reasons. Just something to consider. Thanks.
