I'm sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience with us. Based on your username we obviously cannot locate you within our system. I would like to explain that like every other business in the world we are here to provide products and services to customers in exchange for currency. The definition of "Business" is as follows: 'the practice of making one's living by engaging in commerce'. However, we also strive to provide excellence in everything we do. Sometimes people may think they are entitled to something that they are not, or have a misunderstanding of the business model. I had a BRUTAL experience at another dodge dealership but I’ve been a dodge customer for 20+ years and I love their products. South trail dodge was recommended by a friend and i decided to give them a shot. I couldn’t be happier!!! Suhk and all the staff treated me like they wanted my business and there was even a staff member that remembered me from contact years ago. They treated me like family and I am the proud new owner of a 2022 dodge rebel truck that the whole family loves, (including a very happy 5 year old). Do yourself a service and take your much wanted business to south trail Chrysler! You won’t regret it! They’ll be my first call for all my vehicles in the future!

We brought our vehicle in for an oil change today and the technician found some issues that if they were not found could damage our engine if driven further. We are parking the vehicle as per our third party coverage. We will bring it back for repairs after we see what our policy covers. Thank you!

Amy went above and beyond and made sure that I would not be left without a vehicle for work. In the end my vehicle was repaired in time and ready for work, but I appreciated that she went the extra mile.

Terrible terrible experience in this dealership I almost can’t believe it. My wife and I went yesterday to check a vehicle. We talked to sales rep. Lee and told us that there is someone who is negotiating for that vehicle right now, we waited for about an hour and got told that they got the vehicle, so we went home, about 15mins. later on our way home Lee call us back and told us that the other client negotiation didn’t go through so we went back. So Lee told us that before we can give an offer we need to deposit $2000 because they are serious business, in my mind that’s odd but because we’re serious client we deposit that money. We finalized the negotiation come up with the numbers and got told that we need to deposit another $3000 so we did. We went to finance gave every information they need and they told us they gonna give us a call early in the morning and they sent us home afterwards which is again odd. Today it’s already 2pm and there’s still no calls so we call them what time can we pick up the vehicle and they told us that they just returned our deposit because the first client that came before us yesterday came back and they gave the vehicle to that client. My mind is blown this is not acceptable. There’s so much red flags but I’m too naive. One more thing someone mentioned in the reviews that they’ve been asked to deposit $1000 before they can negotiate and the management replied to that review and told that they did that to secure that vehicle to that client. So what happened with me is they secured that one vehicle to me and to the other client as well? What is wrong with this people.
