I booked my jeep in for a headlight change. Which they engineered so only jeep techs Can work on it. I booked my appt.for 11:30 am I get to them dealership where they tell me at could take up to 3 hours. Well why did I make an appointment. Not great service Not the way I want to be treated.

My husband and I just bought a 2021Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ryan Steele at South Trail Chrysler. Ryan was very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and no pressure at all in our dealings. It took us over 3 weeks to make up our minds on what we were doing and all the way through Ryan readily answered questions again with no pressure. The dealership itself was friendly and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. We would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Ryan. We will most certainly be going back to Ryan/South Trail Chrysler for our next purchase.

Bad Oil Leak fixed quickly

Had a bad oil leak occur on a Thursday night. Got it in on the Friday and my vehicle was ready for the weekend. Amazing!

We just moved back to Calgary in October and I needed a vehicle for Calgary winters. We went to a few dealers, and the dealer that we went back to was South Trail Chrysler. Our sales person was Brodie Forsyth, he was professional and good to work with. We had one issue with the vehicle which was quickly and effectively elevated to Darrin Bachmeier which was resolved quickly and effectively. We really appreciate this dealership for their professionalism. We would definitely go back to STC for future vehicle purchases.
