We bought our daughter her first car at South Trail. She is still happy and loves the car 3 years later. Since we had such a great buying experience we continue to Service the vehicle at South Trail. We brought the Jeep into South Trail last week for service and, later a detail. When I picked the vehicle up yesterday the detail was not completed. My rep was Amy and she was not satisfied that the detail had not been completed as requested by us. She quickly saved the day by letting us know she will help get the detail completed at our convenience. Amy didn't wait or hesitate she got the problem solved to make us happy. Thanks Amy and South Trail for hiring people like Amy.

Brodie was so incredible to work with! His professionalism and knowledge about vehicles is impeccable. From start to finish he made sure I was happy with the vehicle as well as every part of the deal. Not to mention he was honest and upfront about everything which is amazing to have when you’re buying a vehicle. I officially purchased the vehicle on Wednesday and Brodie had everything done and ready to be delivered by Saturday morning including my plate on the truck and registration! Such a small thing but so incredibly nice to not have to do yourself. Overall I am incredibly happy with my purchase and could not be more grateful for everything Brodie has done for me! I highly, HIGHLY recommend seeing him if your in the market for a new vehicle!
