I contacted sales associate, Connor M with my interest in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. He immediately began the search and actually brought the vehicle to my residence to view. Although I loved the Jeep Connor presented, I requested a couple additions (heated seats and rubber floor mats) which Conner quickly took care of. Heated seat installation exceptional and high quality mats included. The transition into the vehicle was streamlined with the services provided by the dealership. My registration was ready for me when I arrived and the plate was put on the vehicle for me. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Jeep Wrangler! I thank Connor and the team at South Trail for the wonderful, outstanding service they provided me! Definitely a pleasant purchasing experience!

Awesome service and solved my issues quickly. I live in Edmonton and came to visit my daughter. I had issues with my Ecodiesel. I drove into the service department and Amy was fantastic. She had the computer hooked up to my truck and found the problem. I explained that I needed the truck to go back home. She got the service technician, Harley, that specializes on diesel trucks to see if he could solve my DEF issues. He fit my truck in and fixed the truck quickly. Thank you Harley and Amy. They both went above and beyond to help me out and I was even wearing my Oiler’s T shirt 😁

Good customer service that I would definitely recommend. Plenty of vehicles available for you to check and choose and considering the current time we lived is such a good spot to get the vehicle you are looking for.
