Service was excellent, professional and upto my satisfaction level. I was guided thru all steps suitable for my vehicle and vehicle was turned around quicker than I expected.

Such a great experience dealing with Shawn Turner who went above and beyond for me and my husband. We purchased a brand new RAM 1500 and went back 3 times and all times were no pressure from the sales representative. He was patient, answered all our queries and made sure that we walk out with peace of mind and the best deal possible. 5/5 stars from our purchase, to getting the truck in ASAP for paint protection to simply assisting us for the carseat instalment. Can't recommend him enough and the team at South Trail Chrysler!

Very great experience I had with Shawn Turner. I bought a 2500 diesel Dodge Ram a few months back and it was just not the truck for us. Within a few hours on a Saturday they had me in a brand new 2022 1500. I was more then satisfied with the service and expertise. Highly recommend south trail and if you need a great salesman make sure to ask for Shawn! Great job to the team at Chrysler dodge on 130th!

Second time taking my jeep in with problem will stop start system. Service light goes off when vehicle restarts. South trail charged battery and could not replicate code again, will have to see if problem persists.

Great buying experience. Brodie Forsyth went above and beyond at all steps of the process, from helping find the right vehicle to negotiating all features and price to making sure it was delivered perfectly. All staff were pleasant and professional, especially Brodie and the Sales Manager, Brandon MacArthur. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership.

Service Manager is awesome

The service advisor should always follow up the parts ordered and inform the customer. Not letting the customer make the first step to follow up the parts and need to book another appointment just to install the new parts. Good thing the Service Manager “Phil”make it up & fixed the problem right away. He is an awesome Manager.
