Went to get one of my free oil changes under warranty. When I came back to get my car. The entire hood was about half an inch un-aligned and a huge scratch along the rear left fender. Went back into the dealer to tell them and was told "oh yeah, we noticed that." Like? You noticed it but didn't fix it before returning it to me? After I told them to fix it they were quite rude to me. Took them another few days to fix it because "no mechanics would be in the shop" I have also gotten other oil changes with them before and my car is returned to my completely filthy. I will never be returning to this dealership since they clearly can't do their jobs.

Excellent service and customer appreciation. All for a great and fair price. Highly recommend this dealer for their body shop. I had my car detailed specifically asking for the engine to be cleaned. This did not happen. I was told by the service manager that engine compartments are never cleaned. However, the used car department gets their engine compartments cleaned. What gives. LAZY!! I will never again get my car detailed there.
