The staff are friendly, helpful, have time to talk about my maintenance plan....and the first oil change was free!!!!!!! Doesn’t get any bettter than this. I have had cars serviced by different dealerships in town and this is the best service I have received. Friends tell me you have a great reputation in Sudbury. Keep up the good work!

I have had to fight to get any warranty work done which took until my warranty was up in the case of the leaking trunk to fix. I have also brought other issues (bubbling paint on the roof( which I paid to fix), Bose speakers in the front doors not working properly( know issue with heavy bass music) and the last issue was the painted rim are peeling ( another know issue). Nothing was ever done due to the Mileage on the vehicle. I have done all the recommended service required by the manufacturer and also have winter tires which are on this car from October to April every year. Yes my car has a lot of highway km’s on it but I make sure I take care of it. When I go in for a service and have to go back because someone inflated 2 of my 4 tires to over 40 psi when even I know that you follow the label on the drivers side pillar for proper Manufacturer tire pressure and NOT what is written on the tire. This is waste another hour and a half of my time and made me late for an important appointment that day. I love my Mazda 6 and have owned 4 Mazda since 2007 but I will be very reluctant to buy another Mazda for my next vehicle.
