Worst dealership for repairs.. Do not trust them

Hello Mike. Thank your for your feedback. We checked with the service department regarding your concerns. Our service manager would love to help if she can. According to our system, you came in with concerns about your vehicle's transmission which currently has approximately 240,000kms on it. Generally we charge an hour for a diagnostic but only charged for a half hour because our tech couldn't find anything wrong with it at the time. My service manager is willing to speak with you to see if there is something more they can do. I'll have her reach out to you. Thanks again for your feedback.

Last fall, I bought a new Jeep North at Jim Thompson Chrysler in Kingston. Dean Myles dealt with me in a calm and understanding manner. He provided the vehicle that I needed at a reasonable price. He also researched to make sure that I could use my almost new snow tires on my new Jeep. (I found out that MOPAR had a discount on the steel wheels.) My first service at Thompson's was enjoyable. They changed the oil and ran down their check list including tightening down my hood a little because I was experiencing hood "flutter." All is good now. As for the Jeep itself: I love it. And this was the winter to test it out!!

It was an amazing experience that I had at Thompson Chrysler. The staff made the experience very easy and hassle free. They where friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Dean to friends and Family.
