My wife and i just want to share a very, very positive Buying Experience with our purchase this week of a New 2019 Jeep Cherokee. This is our 2nd Purchase from Jim Thompson Chrysler. Previously we bought a New 2015 Dodge Journey and we could not be more pleased with our most recent experience. We Were welcomed by a very Freindly, Smiling, Sales Staff led by Shaun Whitman. Shaun guided us through the process of finding us a just right New Jeep, with our very extensive wish list. He is committed to putting the Customer First and making sure you get what you want in a vehicle. Shaun is happy only when he finds you the vehicle that you are happy with. Was very impressed with Jim Thompson Chrysler and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle or even used to check these guys out! I also recommend talking to sales professional dean myles!!! He helped me stay within my comfortable budget and didn’t push the limit on it which is always nice and looked for anyways to save me money! Dean has sold a couple vehicles to some of my family members and they have always recommended me to him and now that im a happy customer driving away in a new vehicle i will be sure to be back to see him when its time for another new one!
