Overall I'm quite satisfied with my experience at JTC. Chris and Greg made financing my first car rather streamlined and without too many obstacles. They were accurate and timely with having the car brought in from out of town and ready for pickup within the week I expressed interest. The actions that took away from my experience are that they didn't quite act on my questions and concerns regarding the safety and mechanics of the car. This may partially fall under a disconnect in communication from sales reps and the mechanics, as I didn't receive details regarding if my test drive concerns were explicitly corrected. Additionally, I was really disappointed in the "full detailing" I left with. There were streaks on the plastic housing containing the speedometer etc and on the media screen, dirt and grime in my console, actual tree foliage in my glove box, and abrasions along the inner door that should have been rubbed out. I waited a week to provide this review to get over the new car honeymoon phase and provide a less biased perspective. I would recommend JTC for their ease of purchase, fair pricing, and compelling in-house created warranty, but they do have some areas that they could improve upon to provide a more fulfilling experience.

I had a fanstastic experience, was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Dean Myles was very helpful and his knowledge of what he is selling was second to none. He found me the perfect truck. Ryan in finance was very professional and got me a fanstastic rate. I would definitely recommend Dean and Ryan and the Jim Thompson team. They will find you the vehicle of your dreams and have you in it so fast you won’t believe it. Thanks guys you were both awesome.
