I had work done on my car at SMP and my service was great. My advisor Devon was friendly and very efficient at taking care of the service I needed on my vehicle. Also my shuttle driver Dan W was a very friendly person and does his job very well.

Finally got my car from best in town SMP where lots of options and very good sales staff specially Amileo Hormiz who was a great help to test and find my car and I come back again because level of service and how people trust this company . Previous 7 months old review below: even we haven't bought a car yet. Sahar was a great salesperson with a lot of information and try to help customers to pick their cars.

Took a vehicle in for warranty work that I bought there. Told I had to pay minimum charge for an hour of $179 and agreed told them the issues. They apparently looked at everything else but what I took it in for and when I said to look at what I brought it in for they told me they needed another $179 to look at it. Wouldn't recommend buying or service there to anyone.

Very happy with the help we received at SMP from our salesperson, Scott Challis. Scott knew his stuff, was patient with us as we test drove several models. He was a super nice guy and not a pushy salesperson. Definitely recommend!
