Purchase my from this dealership, I got a free detail. Took 2 hours for F all. My vehicle was already pretty clean. I went to get it detailed, Detailed!. All they did was wash the outside and put shi**y tire cleaner; also a shi**y job. Wouldn’t recommend this place for any work on your vehicle or oil change. Cheaper to go jiffy lube or great Canadian for an oil change. If you wanna wait 2 plus hours and pay an arm and a leg for an oil change this is your place.

Jan29/24. I was greeted immediately, introduced to the service advisor, paperwork done. Waited for the oil change to be done which was in timely fashion. The lounge is perfect with coffee. Everyone was very friendly. No complaints. Also a coupon for a discount on the oil change to boot!! Awesome! Thanks Alia! July 19/24. Appointment for oil change at 0730. Greeted by Kyle immediately whom is the service advisor. Got the paper work done. Also fitted in a tire rotation which was very appreciative. Waited for the work to be done in the lounge which is very comfortable and coffee provided. Kyle came and got me when all was completed and took me over to the payment desk. Showed me where the vehicle was. Very pleasant experience. Will go back. Dec 13/24. Booked in for an oil change. Greeted immediately by service personnel. Paperwork done. Waited in lounge during work being done. Was offered transportation if needed but refused. Coffee provided. All done in a very timely fashion. Alea came and got me when work completed and escorted me to payment area. I had received a $20 coupon for an oil change as well per email. Yeah no complaints. Will continue with SMP.

Had a great experience purchasing a new SUV for our growing family. We worked with Brett to do a trade in and upgrade - he was super knowledgeable about the product, easy-going/genuine and made the experience really enjoyable.
