As usual, the service was prompt & courteous. The staff is always polite & helpful. While we all may complain about costs, they are comparable across the service industry. I don't like to spend the money, so it's important that I feel like I'm getting good service. The service associate looked after me today should get an "employee of the month" bonus!

Amar was most helpful in assisting us to purchase a new-to-us vehicle. He was courteous and professional. Amar approaches sales with a relaxed nature. He made suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove. I highly recommend SMP and Amar for your next vehicle purchase.

I am very disappointed in the service I got. My wife and I immigrated from South Africa. We’ve been in contact with Scott at your company who helped us with a vehicle. We paid the deposit and just waited for our work permits to be approved. When she contacted Scott, we gave him all the details regarding where we rented an apartment and the length of the work permits, where we were employed, everything. He assured us that the vehicle would be ready when we land and as soon as we gave him the necessary information like sin number and bank account. We landed the Wednesday and gave all the information to him by the Thursday morning. We booked a hotel for the Wednesday and Thursday evening because surely the car would be ready by Thursday as he said multiple times. Then I got a message saying that it would be ready by Friday, which was still fine. Then after that I got another message saying now the down payment has increased and need to pay additional $2000 on top of the agreed amount and the bi weekly payment has doubled from the original quoted amount, because now the finance term has changed from what they told us in the beginning. This had us stressing a lot about the financial aspect but still agreed to the changes because we were desperate. Then we get a message that we must extend our stay(more expenses) with one more night because they promise the car would be ready by Saturday. Fine, we pay more money and extend our stay. Saturday came, no news and they want PAYSTUBS. How can we provide paystubs if we just landed 2 days ago. This had me furious. Now we’ve paid 3 nights hotel fee, expenses like food and travel costs(uber) for those days. We are furious! My wife told them to refund us and we will contact someone else from a different dealership. Monday came and they phoned and tried to convince het to give them a few weeks until we get paystubs. We stay in Kindersley but work in Rosetown. So how must we get to work? They only think of the sale and not our circumstances. She told them again we want our refund. After that Tyler phoned, she told him aswell we want a refund as he is the financial manager, we asked Scott and Samantha multiple times asking for the refund and eventually after 2 weeks we got it . They were so easy to take our money for the deposit but had an issue replaying it???? I will NEVER do business with SMP or Advice anyone to, just to save them from what happend to us. Ended up costing us a lot of money for false promises and as you know immigration is already so expensive.

SMP has been good to my family for many many years. My experience was no different. Jeff and Logan and the entire team were fantastic, knowledgeable, polite and genuine. They worked with me and explained why something would not work. They did not dismiss my concerns but worked diligently to meet me where I was at. Truly it was a wonderful experience. One that will have me coming back again and again for years to come.

Went for a quick service with an appointment time and had to leave the vehicle there for 3.5hrs and I am from out of town so it wasn’t convenient at all. As well as left the vehicle was left outside on the dusty gravel and was full of dust when I got it back. And the billing was all messed up when I went to pick up the vehicle. However the Service writer was great. Tried to give them another chance and there disappointed again. Terrible service. Didn’t test drive the vehicle before send out and wasn’t fixed properly and over charged for parts. Would not recommend

We are sorry to hear that you found potential deficiencies with your Service visit. I have had an opportunity to review. I see that we conducted an SGI inspection on your 2006 Corvette, and found some deficiencies that needed to be addressed before it would pass. By the time the needed parts arrived, more than 30 days elapsed and, therefore, the initial inspection had expired as per Saskatchewan standards. An entirely new inspection had to be initiated, and completed, plus a wheel alignment had to be done. The duration to complete this appears to be customary and normal. It is a customer responsibility, however, to pay for the second inspection, but we did not charge you for it as a courtesy. As for the dust on your vehicle, we are sorry this happened. Normally we would be more than happy to house your vehicle in the Service drive through until pick-up in order to keep the dust off, but our drive through is undergoing renovations, so that was not possible. If there are additional points to discuss, please do not hesitate to contact me. Perhaps you will want to see our new Service drive once it is completed.
