I really, really dislike communicating with the service advisor Samantha, so condescending, fake and always has excuses. Why can't she just be real and tell it like it is without saying a bunch of garbage filler words that she can't back.

I had heated seat chip put in my vehicle , I was unaware that my automatic locks had been shut off so my vehicle doors were not locked when it was parked downtown saskatoon. Many items were stolen out of my vehicle because of this.

Bought van in 2023, tried to trade it in with my truck to new preowned 2023 acadia, I asked Dan Barret about this before going forward he assured me it won't be a issue & told me Brandon will get in touch with me, brandon text me asking me for all my personal information & financial info so I replied back and he said thxs & will get in touch next day in the AM but he never did till I text him end of day for update only than he replied back geez, he said he was busy with customers but I told him I am still a customer even if I am not there in person & already gave my information. Over the next couple days he would assure me each time the deal is looking awesome but everytime I text hime questions he won't reply till end of day or next day for simple questions I had. Well he ran my credit already & guess what I found out they only deal with TD bank & Scotia bank. I told him if your too busy for me & my questions please pass my information to another employee 2x but he said its all good but nope I had text record of no replies to my text only when he needs information he will text. Do not let SMP fool you into hyping you for a deal & than dance around your questions & ignore you. I sure wasted my time & getting my credit checked, time to find another dealership & another bank to deal with for more better options and a sales financial person who will have time to deal with customers properly be professional about it. Today is June 7th I decided to give SMP another shot to trade my 2021 durango after a full year owning it and was told by Dan I could get any vehicle and dealt w Brandon again but now after getting my credit ran again only to be turned down again as smp only has 4 banks they deal with so if your in bad credit do not come here. I reached out to Edmonton dealership & got the exact vehicle I tried getting here (2023 chevy traverse premier) so again hope this review helps a struggling person who needs a vehicle not to be shot down by smp & thier 4 banks

Booked an appointment for loud front end on a 1 year old truck, had to leave vehicle over night as “no technicians available to do that work”. What’s the point of booking appointments just the leave a vehicle for 24 hrs so the work can be completed.(wheel rotation and wheel alignment). In a tire shops this is 1 hrs worth of work. $500 to complete work seems a little over kill.

Hello Todd, I have had a chance to review your last service visit. I see you had a concern with possible suspension or driveline noise coming from the front area of the vehicle. After checking wheel bearings, plus steering and suspension components, we were able to attribute the noise to the tires, which had uneven wear due to a need for wheel alignment correction. It was also recommended that the tires be rotated. We completed a vehicle mutli-point inspection (health check), as requested, which includes the tire rotation. This is a very cost effective way to complete your annual inspection and get a tire rotation at the same time, since the wheels are taken off anyway in order to inspect the brakes and axle seals. Also, as you requested, we replaced the weather stripping on the driver's door under GM factory warranty. Finally, of course, we completed a 4-wheel alignment, which by itself takes one hour, and requires one of our 2 specialized alignment hoists. I see you dropped your vehicle off at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, and it was ready for pick-up by the next day. We do aim for same day service, but obviously this is not always possible.
