Was received promptly as per the scheduled appointment. Work was done promptly and was finished within 1 hour. Reception was courteous and efficient. Re-torque was done promptly.

Taylor was very clear processing Spring tune-up and made a follow up call on additional info not discussed at time of appt. Her hair is much nicer than Tyler's...

The staff at Palladino Mazda had always been very welcoming and polite when I/my family have gone in for repairs/oil changes. They are very kind to our children as we wait and make sure that there are activities for them to help pass the time. We recently had an issue with our vehicle when we were down south, the way we were treated not only by the Sudbury staff but by their sister company was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle and wanting to deal with a company that is reliable and honest.

Honestly everything was great except a few small things. One, i spent a lot of time waiting on Mazda, sitting in the store and also waiting for relplies on questions/inquiries (when I could have just waited at home and gotten a phone call when it was ready lol, but whatever now). Second, the Mazda Skyactive Symbol totally faded away within a week of owning the car, and I've asked several times now to have this fixed, still nothing done about it. It looks ugly now and is very noticeable. (was told they would look to see if it was covered under warranty, shouldn't be a warranty claim, it was like this right away lol?) Third, the software for both the Mazda mobile start and the infotainment unit is a joke. Sorry to say, but these systems are outdated and function VERY poorly. Until these things are rectified, I sadly leave my review as is.
