Everyone at the dealership was friendly and the receptionist was quick to find us an available salesman. Our salesman Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience we had.

We drove all the way from the Bancroft area to buy our truck from Palladino Mazda after seeing it on AutoTrader. We dealt with Kyle Sheridan and he was the most amazing sales rep we have ever met...not your typical used car sales person...we were looked after 110% by him and all the team there. Rebecca was an absolute gem taking care of our financial needs and cant thank them enough....we love our truck. Would highly recommend these guys for anyone... Lynn and Paul.

People were informative, friendly and respectful.. Services were reasonably priced. My only suggestion would be to lower the TV in the Customer Waiting Area to avoid neck strain.

this is the third time that I have been there for services on both of our vehicles. Everyone is very friendly and they took their time to explain any issues and what needed to be done. I did not feel pressured or talked down to like some of the places like to do to women. I will defiantly be returning for further work that is needed on either vehicle.
