I picked up my Ford Escape last week and couldn't be happier. Thanks so much Tyler and Cole for helping me with the purchase of this vehicle It was a wonderful experience dealing with Palladino Mazda.

Andrew did a really great job explaining everything to me the first time I walked in there asking about the Mazda 3 and came with me for the test drive and made the experience really awesome. I had been to 3 other car dealerships here in Sudbury and the employees at Mazda were the only people to make me feel welcomed. Cole was also really great and helped me with all the finance stuff, and is very upbeat and happy all the time. It’s was a great experience here at Mazda and I’ll be recommending Pallodino Mazda to any friends or family looking to buy a vehicle!

The day after I brought my car in the light went for an oil change. I said that I was coming in for routine maintenance and that I wanted everything looked at and completed. I had a free oil change as well and now I have to re book and come back. The shuttle driver also wasn't very polite and just showed up to pick me up and didn't call or give me a warning.

The staff at Madza represent a friendly and positive atmosphere. The services offered were well kept and the rapport between mechanics, receptionist and myself were superb.
