Dishonest and Untrustworthy. I had a terrible experience with Bytek Volkswagen. I paid for a anti-rus module. I was told it had been installed but never was. After inspecting I noticed it was missing. I asked for a refund and was denied. I was told for my troubles that they would provide a detailing package. The detailing package was useless as I had just purchased the car a week prior. When I had asked what was included in the detailed package, not a single employee was able to give me information as it's done by a 2md party. When I returned to pick up my car from a very useless detailing package, I was told they had misplaced my keys. Not only had I had to take off 2 days work but was trwwat as they were doing me a favour. The dealship was non responsive to be multiple attempts to rectify the situation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was still charged and left without what I paid for. The staff seemed unresponsive and unwilling to make things right, leaving me feeling completely taken advantage of. This dealership clearly prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction and honesty. I strongly advise against trusting this dealership with your business. If you do decide to proceed, double-check everything and document every interaction.

Recently got my first car at Bytek! Abdalla was extremely helpful. No matter what time i messaged him to ask questions, i always got a happy response! He gave me every detail i needed and ensured that i had all i asked for including tips for my car. Management was equally helpful and friendly through any difficulties and even offered me a rental car free when I had a few hours delay due to licensing. Vehicle is great! Smooth drive with no hassle so far. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at Bytek. Before visiting, I did my research and knew exactly the type of car I wanted. I also gathered several quotes from other dealerships. As I walked into the showroom, I received a warm welcome from Amanda, who guided me through everything. She was super nice and professional, managing to give me a quote that beat every other offer I had from over 15 dealerships, all without any haggling. Amanda was very patient and didn't push for a sale; in fact, she gave me ample time to reflect and make a decision based on rationality, not emotions. The test drive experience was also amazing. Later, completing all the paperwork with Adrien, the finance manager, was smooth and pleasant. He didn't push anything on me and was very understanding and respectful of my preferences, never challenging or pressuring me about any items I declined. Overall, I strongly recommend this dealership if you're set on buying a VW.

We had a great experience buying our new car with Amanda at Bytek. She was extremely knowledgeable and was never rushed, actually making the car buying process enjoyable even despite some hiccups along the way. This is our second purchase at Bytek and we wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again thanks to our experience with Amanda, Adrian and the rest of the team.

I had an amazing experience at Bytek VW. I bought my first car (preowned 2020 Jetta), and my salesperson Anik was extremely helpful throughout the whole process since I was nervous going into it. She took the time to explain everything to me and made me comfortable the whole time. I love my car, and I would definitely recommend Bytek VW and Anik for anyone looking for a car!

Observed a used 2023 volswagen golf gti online at Bytek. Made an enquiry and salesman Abdallah started making contact at midnight. Then again early am the following morning. Requested I send a great deal of vehicle information and photos of my 2017 Tacoma. Spent a great deal of time collecting this data and photos and sent directly to his cell phone as requested. He then ghosted me. Lol. The manager should train their staff how to effectively deal with customers and if a vehicle trade is not something they are interested don't just disappear after having customers jump through a salemens hoops and requests. I'll shop at Myers Volkswagen. Thanks for the poor customer service and sales tactics Abdallah.
