Clients beaware. So I went there for an oil change and tire rotation and what ever else you were suppose do at 33000 klms. They would not do the tire rotation as the front tires were 4/32 and the back were 6/32. So the front are woren said I needed new tires at a cost of 1150.00 ok np went to Tire Cratf got a quote from them told them St Albert Dodge wouldn't do the tire rotation as its Cryslers's policy to keep the woren tires in front and not rotate them. Called another Dodge dealership and they said it is not Dodge's policy and they should of rotated the tires to by me time. ST Albert Dodge just lost a customer. Will not go back there again .

My wife and I just bought a brand new grand Cherokee at this location and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Corey from sales and Evan from finance made our entire journey extremely enjoyable and easy. They listened to our needs and made a few recommendations on their own too which helped us quickly decide we wanted to go ahead and close the deal right then and there. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. Their facilities are top notch as well. I'm so glad I chose them and I'm sure I'd do it again in the future.

We just purchased a dodge durango from St. Albert Dodge. Shannon and Evan were so helpful and great to work with. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Evan was easy to talk to and very straight forward with all of our financing. I would highly recommend going to see them to purchase your new vehicles!

Extremely disappointed that I bought a brand new 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and recently found out when it cold that it does not have a block heater. If want one put in it will cost $860 ! I called to find out more information about this he said oh you signed for this amongst stack of 500 other papers you signed. Then today I brought it in because the heated seat is not working. Was just called to say they fixed it but that is going to cost you another $250 because they were put in after market. No call to warn me first . Wow so muchextra after such a great warranty when you buy a brand new vehicle in Canada
