Sarah Donnen is our favourite sales person there. My family has purchased four vehicles from her in the last 18 months and she is always great to deal with. She is honest and doesn’t play games like some sales personnel do. She has gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy with our purchase.

Our vehicle purchase experience with St Albert Dodge was absolutely amazing! The service provided by Shannon, TJ, Ciprian and the rest of the staff was top notch to say the least. Glad we made the 5 hour drive to this dealership. Will definitely be purchasing my next truck from these guys.

This is the second vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from St.Albert Dodge in the past year, both times we have been more than impressed with courteous staff, sales team, finance team, everyone! I had a really great experince getting my vehicle. Shane Osepchuk was great to work with and answered all my questions. Shane was also super nice and helped meet my needs for what I wanted in a vehicle. Would reccomend going there and I would go again.

Ok I’ve had my Jeep for 6 months now and I’m leaving a review now After going to Londonderry dodge and dealing with some very pushy sales people I found Shannon at St. Albert dodge!! An amazing sales person and very personable definitely recommend him and St. Albert dodge in general! Not only did they take the effort to wish me a happy birthday but also sent a card with printed off pictures of us in front of our new Jeep this place will go the extra mile for you !!!

Having a vehicle in the shop is never a good time, but the wonderful staff at the service department here makes the experience a little less bitter. Always having a good experience from picking up parts to dealing with service, I highly recommend this dealer as opposed to others I’ve dealt with in the past. When our jeep ended up with issues just days before Christmas (and an out of province trip) the crew worked hard to ensure that the vehicle was repaired in time and on budget to take for Christmas, while 3 other shops informed us it would be at least 2 weeks just to look at it. I will continue to get any service needed at this location and recommend to others as well.
