I can’t thank the team enough for making my car buying experience stress free. Andy, Kyle and Cole, thank you for walking me through the process, providing me with an abundance of much appreciated information, answering the questions I had all while remaining patient. Most of all, thank you for making me feel relaxed and comfortable. This was my first time going through the car buying process by myself and I am beyond grateful to all of you for putting me at ease. Good laughs, great atmosphere and amazing service!

I purchased a used vehicle from Palladino Mazda in november. I love the vehicle however the service is sub par. While test driving the vehicle with my friend we asked if the vehicle had a navigation system which we were told it did. It was also stated in the descriptive add for the vehicle online. Once papers were signed and I took the vehicle home I noticed that there was no navigation system. The sales man did not go through the vehicle features with me. He stated "I don't know much about Lexus as we are Mazda, if you have any questions text me and I will try and help". He ended up calling me to ask about my satisfaction; I mentioned I was upset about the navigation as well as a few other things. I was apologized to and told that it would be looked into. A week later I ended up having to bring the vehicle in for work. I was concerned about this as the vehicle was supposed to be looked over with no issues prior to me picking it up. It ended up needing a front end alignment as it was pulling to the right. While I was there the sales man came up to me, but did not mention anything about the navigation. I figured he was still waiting for the information. A few weeks go by, I message him again asking what is going on with the navigation? I figured I had given him enough time to figure it out. He then calls me and says he was waiting on someone from Toyota to get back to him. He tells me I will have to go down south to get it installed at the Lexus dealership and the cost of it. I told him that was fine however I am expecting Mazda to cover this cost. He stated "OH? I don't know about that".' I said "I was lied to about the features in the Vehicle". Navigation system add-on's are not cheap and this was factored into the price of the vehicle when I was looking. I was then told that he would have to speak with his general manager and get back to me. It has now been two weeks and three days with no reply. It's bad enough that I am having to deal with this navigation problem not including the other things I was dissatisfied with. They also have an add on the radio boasting about how well they serve their customers who buy used vehicles from them. So far not satisfied. Manager has called and is looking into a navigation system for the vehicle. Will update review when I hear more news. Still waiting bought vehicle in November; it is now February.
