I thought that it wasn't fair.

They first told me they would provide a rented vehicle at their cost and that it would take 3 to 4 weeks before my truck would be ready. Rental services wanted me to pay for the insurance on the rental. I refused, then all of a sudden, my repair was changed to 3 days to repair because your company did not like the situation. In other words, I hopped in front of others who had their recall vehicle in before mine. I find this very disrespectable and cheating at best. I guess I can't trust your moves. Jack

Girlfriends 2017 civic touring nothing but problems (electrical) Traded in for a 2016 crv awd .. again no better.. needed rear brakes after 35k (not covered) , rear camera has been replaced several times.. car is under powered and rock chips are rusting out even with the anti rust control box.. Keep in mind They offered a b service without explaining what is covered and if refused it voids your warranty. Also spoke with a few mechanics and they say the problems are common. Also have friends that bought the civics and they are having very similar problems. So dont let them talk you out of that b service..
