I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly everyone was from my first inquiry on the phone with Jamie, to the patient and easy-going Tyler who answered all my numerous questions and those from my 'uncle Mike' and Dad lol. Cole, Rebecca, Kyle and Cindy were all so helpful and informative. I love my 2015 Jeep Patriot and would recommend Palladino Mazda to everyone. This was definitely 5 star service from start to finish!

I come from a avid Mazda family and this is my second mazda. I loved my mazda 3 but it was time for a upgrade, Kyle was great for the trade in and Evan helped me with choosing my new 2017 Cx-5. He really went above and beyond with meeting all my (and my dads lol) needs in finding a new vehicle. He was super knowledgable and very great to deal with! Also Tyler from service has always been there to help with everything, cant thank them enough, I highly recommend them!

Traded my 2013 Mazda 3 for the new CX-5. My family has been Mazda driven for life. Tyler from service has always been a amazing help with everything-super friendly and knowledgeable. Evan Haferer was amazing and really went above and beyond, he was great to deal with. We have had a few hiccups with my trade in along with my new CX-5 received a few minor scratches from the service guys removing tires from the trunk. As you can imagine this was super disappointing to hear since the vehicle is brand new however Evan has been on top of things (so far) to have everything fixed. I recommend Evan for your future Mazda purchases.

Traded my 2013 Mazda 3 for the new CX-5. My family has been Mazda driven for life. Tyler from service has always been a amazing help with everything-super friendly and knowledgeable. Evan Haferer was amazing and really went above and beyond, he was great to deal with. Since Mazda has fallen under new management we've been extremely surprised by the level of service and professionalism from Palladino. We are definitely contemplating our next purchase with Palladino Mazda or the Palladino group.

They first told me they would provide a rented vehicle at their cost and that it would take 3 to 4 weeks before my truck would be ready. Rental services wanted me to pay for the insurance on the rental. I refused, then all of a sudden, my repair was changed to 3 days to repair because your company did not like the situation. In other words, I hopped in front of others who had their recall vehicle in before mine. I find this very disrespectable and cheating at best. I guess I can't trust your moves. Jack
