A very good service experience

Greeted very well by Kara who reviewed what services would be provided. The shuttle service was very good. Kara scheduled a shuttle to pick me up at home for 10 am and they were right on time. So far, I have no complaints about any of the mechanical service provided.

I would have given 5 stars but Honda had a problem with their computer system that delayed our transaction (completely out of Palladinos staff hands). Hopefully none of my personal info was compromised. That being said very responsive to questions and easy to reach throughout the buying process. My second Honda from Palladino. Great car!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Tire change this Spring was seamless even with the new rules! Tires were solid as well :)
