Absolutely excellent service. Hands down in all my vehicle purchases Palladino Honda is the number one dealership that has exceeded my expectations. Rob and Jay aced the entire trade in appraisal process, assisted me immaculately with all of my precise requests and made the application and delivery process effortless. 10/10 would recommended Palladino Honda!!

Open lines of communication and good customer service

My CR-V needed warranty repairs which dragged on longer than expected. We were given a loaner for the weekend and we were sent pics of our CR-V as it was disassembled. Just a great way to keep the customer informed and feeling okay with the delay that arose. I also like how we weren’t made to feel guilty for declining recommended services (our car travels about 8 km per day so we declined a wheel alignment as it wasn’t out by much). Overall, quite satisfied with our experience.
