Excellent service from all the staff I talked too. Reza, Yichen, Mark, Eli, all helped to make my Mazda purchase experience a good one. I would recommend to anyone to go and check out this dealership when considering purchasing a vehicle.

- I did not receive an update on my service by the time I was told; I had to call several hours later to get an update. - They were having trouble diagnosing an issue that cropped up during the service visit. - I had a lot of difficulty getting through by phone to the service department. - The hours on the website are not accurate. - They needed to keep my car for almost three days before figuring out that there was a seized bearing which needs to be replaced. - They had neither the part, nor the tools to replace it at the time; It's been three weeks and I haven't heard from them. There were some positives: - A complimentary car rental was arranged once it became necessary to keep my car overnight. - The total billed was not much more than I expected to pay. - The service advisor was positive and as helpful as he could be.

For the second time, you said our appointment would take 1 hour and it took much longer. You need to be honest about how long things will take. Also, people should be able to check their car in AT the time of their appointment, and not have to wait in line. 9am appointment should mean 9am, not 9:30.

Was pleased someone followed up but haven't had a chance to return. Liked the way the service dept at the Bank St site always knew me. Didn't feel that at Barrhaven tho do realize it is new. Need to feel appreciated and valued. Have had Mazda's for almost 30 years but No one really cares...

Went for a tire swap - my rims were stuck in storage resulting in re-scheduled appointment (wasted half-day away from office). Once re-scheduled, the technician had forgotten to reset TPMS...and inflate tires.
