I went in to this new mazda dealership in barrhaven not knowing what to expect. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesman name Alex, who was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. My intentions were to find out details on the CX-5 and Mazda 3. This guy knew everything. Every question that was asked about the cars were answered in seconds. What made him stood out from other salesmen that I have had in the past was that he was not pushy at all. His main priority was to make me comfortable, which he did, and made sure I understood what I was driving. If you are looking for someone that will accommodate you, then Alex is `the` guy.

I came in to this dealership very uncertain of what I was looking for but just wanted an idea as to what my options were as well as receive general information. Mr. Forsyth was very prompt to approach me and not only answered any questions I had, but in addition, was able to direct me towards the type of vehicle that best serves my current needs and preference. Coming in, I had no idea what I was looking for. However, walking out I now know exactly what it is I plan to purchase. Alex's interpersonal skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm to best serve myself as a customer goes a long way and is much appreciated.

Gorgeous building. Got my service there for the first time, transfered from Bank Street Mazda. No real issues, took them a few moments to find my prepaid oil changes in their system.
