TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

Unhappy with service from start to finish, charged up on service I didn't want, then near the end, i was told that I got a free complimentary car wash which was terrible, my car was actually cleaner than it was before they took it in, after my service, i picked up my car in the lot only to see that they don't hand dry the remaining drops of water which left my entire black car covered in residue, made my experience and day even worse, won't come back or recommend to anyone

First time I went there to get a flat tire repaired. Tiger was the one who helped me get things started. They were pretty busy but service was fast as I was out of there in an hour.

Tony was our salesman when we bought a used Odyssey. Our experience was great for several reasons. First, he wasn't rushing or pushing to close the deal. He addressed our anxiety of buying a used car appropriately. He gave us a verbal warranty of the car for 30 days of purchase and he stayed true to his word. We came back twice and one of them actually just past the 30 days guarantee, but he honoured that anyway! Definitely great customer service! Highly recommended!

I purchased 2 vehicles from Roadsport Honda. Both experiences where beyond amazing. I dealt with Danish both times found him very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him. If you're in the market for a new vehicle go see Danish (New car sales associate)

I was looking for a brand new Honda car but still not yet decide which model that I was going to take. Once I stepped in Roadsport Honda sales center, Charles greeted us and his expertise answered all our questions, so we can make up our mind easily and the purchase was processed smoothly, without any question.
