It was a pleasure working with Charles. He was very kind and patient. He explained all the features of the car. He is bilingual, which helped my family and I understand everything he was saying. He wrote out his deal on a piece of paper, which showed that he had nothing to hide. His deal was fair to both him and I. After I leased a car with him, rather than me going all the way to Roadsport Honda and filling a few sheets of paper, he came all the way to my house, which was very convenient because I live far away from their dealership. He even helped and showed me how to park the car on my driveway properly! Charles is really kind and he felt like a friend. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking to lease a Honda.

not enough cordiation from technician to receptionist

the service is ok. I would like the technician to advice me how much time will the service take as i was sittting in the waiting room for a long time. Untill i checked with the receptionist then I realised that my car was finished for sometimes. May be I missed the call in wash room. Receptionist should repeated the call for finish car.

It was an excelent experience dealing with Harold, he is one of your best sales agents. I just went to your dealership for an update with him. With his persuasive knowledge on your products, I was able to make an outright decision to buy the CRV unit. He was able to point out a complete description of the product and why I should own a CRV unit.
