Sales rep was friendly, spent the time to listen to what my needs were, and delivered the pricepoint I was working with. Followed up after the delivery of my car to make sure I did not have any concerns of operation,programming and that i was satified with my car. Awesome service.

-asked Dave to test drive the care with me re my concerns -in waiting room discussed with me in a confidential manner re recommended extra work on B1 check up - reviewed billing with me to my satisfaction and went the extra mile by returning my phone call re my follow up questions.. gave me his card to contact him directly if I needed to - Tiger's attitude and behaviour make the customer feel their satisfaction is important to him personally.. an excellent company representative!
