We had a wonderful experience with Thanh. He is very knowledgeable and customer focused. He took his time to understand our needs, preference and budget before recommending the RX350 to us. He gave us enough information before we made the decision to take the car. Also, there was no back and forth negotiations, which made the experience pleasant and quick. When we picked up the car, he explained the features of the car in details and offered assistance if needed. Shirley Cheung was also helpful in completing the paperwork. The entire process was positive. This is our second vehicle we purchased from Tony Graham. We would not hesitate to recommend Tranh and Tony Graham to our friends.

Dealt with Carl Floren for a number of years. Knowing that he has been with lexus from the beginning makes the difference. His knowledge is second to none. As is the service and the overall Tony graham experience. I recommend to all for all of your lexus needs

After looking at a number of different vehicles of varying models, brands, and styles (none of which were Lexus), I decided to investigate what Tony Graham Lexus had to offer. I was welcomed by a very nice gentleman by the name of David Tran. By the process of elimination I narrowed my search down to a 4 door sedan. The ES300h really grabbed my attention with it's impressive fuel economy rating. While in the showroom, David showed this vehicle to me and explained the basics of how a hybrid operated. I liked everything about the vehicle and when I test drove it, I knew it had to be mine. I found it very refreshing to deal with David as he listened to what I was saying and picked up on my needs and wants with a new car. David was very knowledgeable about the Lexus line and was able to answer all my questions. He made the entire transaction flawless and very smooth even coming in on his day off to check on the arrival of my vehicle. In all, I can say that my experience in purchasing my ES300h was excellent. In my opinion David Tran is a great ambassador for Tony Graham Lexus. Bravo and Thank you.

Dealing with David Tran was a very pleasant experience; unassuming and without an ounce of pressure. His professional demeanor and utmost respect made the experience a memorable one. His patience in giving detailed answers to my numerous questions (even repeating without hesitation!) has been appreciated. Last minute changes/additions (of my own doing!) were dealt with without a glitch. David and the team were awesome at making the ‘delivery of the vehicle’ sooner than expected. The paperwork was processed timely and efficiently. He and the TGLT team have made me feel welcome to the Lexus family. I’m now a proud owner of a RX 350. Thank you David for all your help! Carmen
