I want to say thank you to Alex Kubyshkin and Khloe Hur, they made the purchase of my first car smooth, and they did that my dream came true. Referred to South Trail's Service Department by a friend. Could not be happier with the overall experience. Not only did Trevor, one of the Service Advisors, manage to accommodate a very last minute booking for a bigger job on my 1500, they were timely and professional when it came do conducting the work. I was kept in the loop as far as what exactly was required and when the work was completed.

WOW!! If there were more stars to be given this dealership would get them all! We decided to go car shopping and started at a different Chrysler dealership in Calgary, had a horrible experience (even though we had purchased about 5 cars from them over the last 10 years), needless to say we left and headed SOUTH! The team at South Trail Chrysler were so kind and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. They were short staffed that day and still, the level of professionalism, generosity, and no haggle effortlessness was a welcomed breath of fresh air in the car buying experience! That other dealership has lost a repeat customer forever, and South Trail Chrysler has gained a loyal fan and customer for life!
