From beginning to end, Steve Lam & the team at St. Albert Dodge were absolutely fantastic! We are expanding our company fleet & they made the process so easy & comfortable. Everyone at the dealership is so easy going & friendly- they definitely make buying a vehicle a breeze! We will be recommending St. Albert Dodge to everyone we know. I bought a truck from Chad Davis and it was the greatest experience. He was laid back and easy going and made the process so smooth and enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend him and St.Albert Dodge. His customer service was outstanding. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!

Salesman Simon Singh was awesome. Not pushy, listened and delivered. Finance department promised and delivered. We will go back in the future. I have never said that about a dealership and believe me I've had a LOT of cars. You have made a St Albert Dodge experience the best ever.

Very accommodating for test drives etc. but faced a very lack of follow up to my questions. Sales person I was dealing with basically disappeared to the point I had to call in and speak to someone else who told me they would get back to me with an answer to my question regardless of the outcome, and still never heard back even after following up.

I am very impressed with the service I received from Shannon stunt at St Albert dodge. He has helped our family meny meny! Times over the years. He went above and beyond to find the best vehicle for my needs and budget. Evan in the finance department was amazing as well. He went over all the options and found all the discounts and credits I qualified for. He is very friendly and informative. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer ❤️
